The Springs of Park Avenue in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a dedicated PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehab team. You’ll help residents improve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing to support independence and dignity.

The role offers a flexible as-needed schedule, opportunities to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and a supportive work environment focused on compassionate, resident-centered care for older adults.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas SLP license and CCC-SLP required.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.
• Passion for working with older adults and improving quality of life.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, and swallowing disorders.

• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and care updates.

In this flexible, as‑needed role, you’ll help residents improve their speech, language, cognition, and swallowing abilities—restoring vital skills that support independence and dignity.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic, resident‑focused care
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and care updates
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques

What You Bring:

• Active Arkansas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP)
