Job summary

The Springs of Park Avenue in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a dedicated PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team. In this flexible, as-needed role, you’ll help residents improve speech, language, cognition and swallowing while supporting independence and dignity.

Requirements include Arkansas SLP license and CCC-SLP, ability to work independently, strong clinical and communication skills, and a passion for helping older adults.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Springs of Park Avenue is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our experienced rehab team. In this flexible, as-needed role, you’ll help residents improve their speech, language, cognition, and swallowing abilities—restoring vital skills that support independence and dignity.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic, resident-focused care
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and care updates

What You Bring:

• Active Arkansas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
