Broadview Health & Rehabilitation in Greeley, CO is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our in-house therapy team. The role offers a flexible PRN schedule with competitive pay of $45–$55 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, delivering rehabilitative treatment, and generating discharge summaries in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility required or in process.

Broadview Health & Rehabilitation is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our in-house therapy team.

PRN: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $45 - $55/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
