Broadview Health & Rehabilitation in Greeley, CO is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for our in-house rehab program. Pay ranges from $44 to $50 per hour based on experience, with a flexible schedule and strong team support.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services based on patient evaluation; make referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

Broadview Health & Rehabilitation in Greeley, CO, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $44 - $50 /hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
