Oak View Health & Rehabilitation in Conway, SC is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and deliver rehabilitative therapy to improve their function.

We welcome SLPs at all experience levels. A valid Speech-Language Pathologist license is required. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule within a post-acute care setting and supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - PRN - OAK VIEW HEALTH & REHABILITATION - CONWAY, SC

Oak View Health & Rehabilitation in Conway, SC, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRNSpeech-Language Pathologistfor our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
