Job summary

Freedom Therapy is expanding its Home Health Care team in Eastern Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties and seeks a committed PRN Speech Therapist to partner with patients to restore daily activities and maximize their quality of life. You will develop care plans, apply evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Ohio licensure is required; pay is per visit from $65 to $95 with flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current knowledge of speech therapy best practices
• Ability to work with patients with different personalities
• Valid Ohio license to practice speech therapy
• Drive to continually learn and grow
• Excellent interpersonal communication

We are looking for a committed prn Speech Therapist to act as the patient’s partner throughout the trip of restoring daily activities and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.

ST Responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Create wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
