Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide FMLA coverage in our public school program. The position is onsite with a 8:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, serving PreK–5th grade across potentially two school buildings.

Start date October 8, 2026 with anticipated end January 22, 2027; duties include direct therapy, evaluations, IEP participation, collaboration with teachers and families, and thorough documentation; competitive hourly pay $45–$60 with

• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with PreK–5th grade students.
• Willingness to support two school locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to PreK–5th grade students.
• Support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs.
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations.
• Develop and implement individualized speech-language goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
• Ensure students receive services in accordance with their IEPs.

Note: Assignment dates may change based on the duration of the employee's FMLA leave

Caseload & Responsibilities

The selected SLP will provide speech-language services to students across the PreK–5th grade age range. The clinician may support students across two school buildings depending on district needs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to PreK–5th grade students
• Support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
