Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services in Cleveland, TN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to improve residents’ swallowing, communication, and cognitive functions through evidence-based therapy within a not-for-profit senior care setting.

You will collaborate with the rehabilitation team, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and participate in professional development with ongoing CEUs. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology required.
• Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligible to obtain it.
• Strong interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments.
• Develop and implement SLP treatment programs based on full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.
• Deliver one-on-one, functional-based treatment sessions with individualized attention.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills

USD $37.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
