Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our not-for-profit team serving senior living communities. You will evaluate and treat residents for swallowing and communication impairments, develop individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

The role emphasizes private, one-on-one sessions with a functional-based approach, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, and comprehensive benefits including

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA-eligible or state-licensed).
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or ability to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement Speech Pathology programs based on full clinical evaluations.
• Provide rehabilitative services as part of a coordinated care team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate plan of care.

• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school.
