Provide speech-language pathology services to residents and patients experiencing communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall function
Deliver treatment in accordance with the established plan of care
Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and progress
Monitor and report patient responses to treatment interventions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
