Job summary

Oak Haven Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders across ages.

You will develop personalized plans, deliver evidence-based therapy, document progress, and educate families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work with diverse patients across ages and conditions.

Responsibilities
