Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Burlington, WI. You will assess students, develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy in K-12 settings.

Requirements include a Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility), a Master’s in Communication Disorders (CAA-accredited), and strong organizational and communication skills. Educational support and professional development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)
