Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a hybrid, full-time role in Logansport, IN, serving K-12 students. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to help students access their education.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams; a DOJ Live Scan background check is required; licensure in the state or eligibility is required. CEU/license reimbursements and tuition assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license in the state of service or eligibility to obtain.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal & dynamic assessments to determine function.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to generalize skills.
• Maintain therapy notes, data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise SLPAs and monitor supervision hours if applicable.
