Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in a K-12 setting. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to support students’ communication and access to education.

Applicants must hold an SLP license in Indiana or eligibility to obtain it. Strong collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams is essential, along with documentation and progress reporting.

Qualifications

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Criminal and DCS background checks.
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formalized assessments and determine eligibility and level of functioning.
  • Develop and coordinate IEP-aligned treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services and document progress.
  • Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews and annual plans.
  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
