Job summary

Point Quest Group seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy for K-12 students in Frankfort, IN. You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based services to support communication and education access.

You’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, develop IEP-aligned plans, and ensure compliant documentation. DOE background check required.

Qualifications

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state served.
  • DOJ/FBI background check required.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Perform formal and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level.
  • Develop and coordinate IEP-aligned treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Deliver direct speech therapy services to students.
  • Complete and maintain IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
  • Supervise SLPAs and monitor supervision hours if applicable.

You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education.
