Angels Care Home Health seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (ST) to provide therapy in patients' homes, assessing communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders and leading care plans. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential to restore or maintain patient wellbeing.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, salary plus vehicle allowance and on-call pay, comprehensive health benefits, generous PTO, access to CEU portals, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Active state licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• 2 years of acute care or rehabilitation/home health experience preferred.

The Speech Language Pathologist is a registered professional who provides therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Functions:

• Provides coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech Language Hearing Association.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2 years’ experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting, home health preferred.
• Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance.
