Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (ST) to provide in‑home therapy for patients with speech, language, hearing, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

This full‑time role features a Monday–Friday schedule, salary plus vehicle allowance and on‑call pay, full health, dental & vision benefits, generous PTO, CEU access, and a company‑matched 401(k) with clear career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2 years’ experience in acute care or rehabilitation; home health preferred.
• Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain well‑being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.

Education

The Speech Language Pathologist is a registered professional who provides therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Functions:

• Provides coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
