Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy in patients' homes in Evansville, IN. You will deliver coordinated care, assess needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore or maintain patient well-being.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, licensure, and CCC from ASHA, with a commitment to ongoing professional development in a supportive work environment. Monday–Friday schedule and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech Language Hearing Association.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2 years’ experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting, home health preferred.
• Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

Current state license in Speech Language Pathology
