Angels Care Home Health in Apache Junction, AZ is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (ST) to provide therapeutic services in patients' homes. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders, developing customized care plans.

The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with salary plus vehicle allowance and on-call pay, plus comprehensive benefits and generous PTO.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2 years’ experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting, home health preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well‑being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.

Formação académica

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

Current state license in Speech Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA

Valid driver’s license

2 years’ experience in acute care or rehabilitation/home health preferred

The Speech Language Pathologist is a registered professional who provides therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.

Functions:

• Provides coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
