Job summary

Angels Care Home Health seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (ST) to provide in-home therapy across patients in their homes. You will assess, treat, and coordinate care for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders, working with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with salary plus vehicle allowance, on-call pay, and full benefits for full-time staff, plus generous PTO and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech Language Hearing Association.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2 years’ experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting, home health preferred.
• Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides coordinated care to patients in their place of residence.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
