Job summary

AOT, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to work four days per week across two districts in Beaver County, serving students from preschool through 12th grade in a school setting.

The role includes direct therapy, collaboration with teachers and families, IEP documentation, attendance at meetings, and occasional travel. Comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling align with school hours.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved Speech and Language Pathology Program.
  • CCC’s certification.
  • Educational or Instructional Certificate.
  • Current PA state license.
  • Experience working with children in the school setting preferred.

Snapshot: We are seeking a speech-language pathologist to work 4 days/week between 2 close districts in Beaver County (grades K-12)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15216

Timeframe: 26-27 School Year

Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist
  • Direct therapy with students in preschool to grade 12
  • Consultation with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom mobility and participation.
  • Documentation requirements include data collection, marking period progress updates, and yearly IEP revisions, including updated goals and treatment strategies.
  • Attendance at IEP meetings is recommended.
  • Case Management may be required
  • AAC consultation may be required
  • Some travel may be required throughout the school day
