Job summary

AOT, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to work four days per week across two districts in Beaver County, serving students from preschool through 12th grade in a school setting.

The role includes direct therapy, collaboration with teachers and families, IEP documentation, attendance at meetings, and occasional travel. Comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling align with school hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Speech and Language Pathology Program.
• CCC’s certification.
• Educational or Instructional Certificate.
• Current PA state license.
• Experience working with children in the school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy with students in preschool to grade 12.
• Consultation with teachers, therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom mobility and participation.
• Documentation includes data collection, progress updates, and yearly IEP revisions with updated goals and treatment strategies.
• Attendance at IEP meetings is recommended.
• Case management may be required.
• AAC consultation may be required.
• Some travel may be required throughout the school day.
