Job summary

AOT, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver direct therapy in two Beaver County districts (K-12) while collaborating with teachers and families.

The role involves data collection, annual IEP revisions with updated goals, and participation in IEP meetings. Travel between sites is possible, with a flexible schedule aligned to school hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Speech-Language Pathology Program.
• CCC's required or preferred.
• Educational or Instructional Certificate.
• Experience in school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct therapy with students from preschool to grade 12.
• Consultation with teachers, therapists, support staff, and families to support classroom mobility and participation.
• Documentation including data collection, progress updates, and yearly IEP revisions with updated goals and treatment strategies.
• Attendance at IEP meetings is recommended.
• Case management may be required.
• AAC consultation may be required.
• Some travel may be required throughout the school day.

Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist

• Direct therapy with students in preschool to grade 12
• Consultation with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom mobility and participation.
• Documentation requirements include data collection, marking period progress updates, and yearly IEP revisions, including updated goals and treatment strategies.
• Attendance at IEP meetings is recommended.
• Case Management may be required
• AAC consultation may be required
• Some travel may be required throughout the school day

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Speech and Language Pathology Program
• CCC's
• Educational or Instructional Certificate
• Preferred candidates have experience working with children in the school setting.
