Talin Home Healthcare seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in patients in their home setting. You will apply medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to create effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, development of individualized plans, implementing interventions, collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining progress

Qualifications

• Masters degree in speech language pathology or related field.
• Active state SLP license.
• ASHA certification preferred.
• 1+ year speech language pathology experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to speech therapy.
• CPR certification

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others improve their quality of life.

Speech Pathologist Qualifications / Skills:

• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance plans
• Familiarity with a variety of speech and cognitive disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to comply with all regulatory standards

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Masters degree in speech language pathology or related field
• >1 year speech language pathology experience
• Active state SLP license
• ASHA certification preferred
• CPR certification
