Job summary

FullBloom’s SESI division seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students requiring additional academic and behavioral supports. You will collaborate with school teams and families, implement SESI’s evidence-based plans, maintain comprehensive records, and contribute to a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to maintain safety.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students inside the school.
