Job summary

FullBloom, via SESI (Specialized Education Services, Inc.), is seeking a qualified educator to support K-12 students needing extra supports in in-district classrooms and standalone schools. You will implement SESI’s instructional models, contribute to IEPs/BIPs, and collaborate with school teams and families to empower students to shine.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse group of students from varied backgrounds.
• Use SESI instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized, skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to ensure safety.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, high-risk evaluation forms).
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students throughout the school day.
