Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a Special Education Teacher to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional gaps in diverse K-12 settings.

You will collaborate with school teams to deliver SESI’s evidence-based learning and behavioral support within in-district classrooms and stand-alone schools. You will develop individualized plans, implement PBIS-based strategies, manage IEPs and BIPs, and support student safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid teaching credential required.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varied backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
