Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a special education teacher to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps. You will collaborate with school teams and families to deliver SESI’s evidence-based learning models and the CASE PBIS framework in smaller class sizes.

You’ll inspire, empower, and transform with SESI’s innovative learning approach and supportive services, ensuring personalized guidance for students to shine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; valid teaching credential.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to ensure safety.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
