Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a dedicated special education teacher in Colorado to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps for K-12 students.

You will collaborate with school teams and families to deliver SESI’s evidence-based instructional models and CASE PBIS framework. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI's instructional models to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
