Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a special education teacher to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps.

You will collaborate with school teams and families to deliver SESI’s evidence-based models and CASE framework within in-district classrooms and standalone schools. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, and meet the needs of all students.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to maintain safety of students and staff.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and high-risk evaluation forms.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals, supervising students inside the school.
