Job summary

BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (SPED) for a full-time, school-year position in New Hampshire. The role focuses on delivering differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs within inclusive and resource settings.

You will develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with families and staff, and employ evidence-based strategies to monitor progress and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IEPs and assess student needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs based on comprehensive student assessments.
• Provide direct instruction and targeted interventions for diverse learners.
• Apply differentiated teaching strategies and data-driven decision-making to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with general educators, paraprofessionals, and families to support progress and inclusion.
• Monitor and report on progress toward IEP goals and adjust instruction as needed.
• Create a positive, structured, and safe learning environment.
