Qualifications

• Create and manage IEPs aligned with state and district standards.
• Deliver individualized instruction in inclusive and small-group settings.
• Communicate regularly with families, general education teachers, and support staff.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and services.
• Advocate for students with disabilities and promote inclusive learning.
