Job summary

BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a committed Special Education Teacher (SPED) for a full-time position in Hampton, New Hampshire. The role focuses on supporting students with diverse learning needs, developing and implementing IEPs, and collaborating with families and school teams to foster an inclusive classroom environment.

The SPED teacher will design personalized learning plans, deliver differentiated instruction, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Current New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs.
• Deliver differentiated instruction to address various learning styles and abilities.
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.
• Document and monitor student progress toward IEP goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and interventions.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom culture.
