Job summary

BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (SPED) for a full-time position in Nashua, NH. The role focuses on designing and delivering individualized supports through IEPs, collaboration with general education staff, and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

You will work within a student-centered district, participate in IEP meetings and data collection, and help foster an inclusive classroom that advances academic and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid or eligible New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education.
• Knowledge of IEP development, special education laws, and instructional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs.
• Assess student abilities and adapt instruction for diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and support staff.
• Provide direct instructional support and behavioral interventions, individually or in small groups.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, attendance, and behavior data.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
