Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active or eligible New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience with IEP case management is preferred.
• Knowledge of instructional strategies for diverse learners.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom culture.

Responsabilités

• Create, implement, and manage IEPs in compliance with state and district standards.
• Deliver differentiated instruction in inclusive classrooms and small group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to support curriculum access.
• Engage in regular communication with families and caregivers to align goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
