Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Educator License with Special Education Generalist endorsement or other applicable endorsement.
• Quality Behavior Solutions certification (QBS) must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, and implement instructional programs aligned to district curriculum and students' IEPs.
• Provide instruction in whole-group, small-group, and individualized settings to meet diverse learning and behavioral needs.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities to support student progress.
• Deliver instruction using evidence-based practices in literacy, math, behavior, and social-emotional learning.
• Modify and adapt curriculum to support access to general education settings.
• Implement and monitor IEPs, including goals, accommodations, and BIPs, with the IEP team.
• Collect and analyze student progress data to guide instructional decisions.
• Maintain a structured, safe learning environment and supervise student behavior.
