Responsibilities

• Prepare documents and attend ARD/IEP meetings for eligible students.
• Develop instructional programs to meet IEP goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service staff.
• Administer state assessments and other required testing.
• Collect and maintain data related to student progress.
• Report progress on IEP goals at grading periods.
• Provide behavior management techniques as needed.
• Maintain confidential student records and ARD/IEP paperwork.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student needs.
• Attend required trainings and SHARS duties as assigned.
