Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AA degree or 48 college hours or WorkKeys required for Title I schools.
• Two years of experience with children preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish when assigned to bilingual program.
• Experience with students with disabilities or supporting students with significant needs preferred.

• Support delivery of teacher-designed instruction in individual, small-group, and classroom settings.
• Assist with implementing IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications under licensed staff.
• Adapt and prepare instructional materials for diverse learning and sensory needs.
