Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 60 college credits or an Associate’s degree or pass ParaPro/WorkKeys.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to support students with diverse needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a small caseload of students to drive academic achievement.
• Implement rigorous academic and behavior intervention systems.
• Provide consistent high expectations for academics and behavior.
• Support student mastery of state and local standards.
• Lead daily tutoring sessions, individually and in small groups.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
