Qualifications

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying developmental, cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Teach knowledge and skills to a diverse group of students, nurturing confidence and character.
• Use assessment data to modify short- and long-term plans to promote academic performance.
• Develop and maintain skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Collaborate with team members to foster critical thinking and academic rigor.
• Apply behavior support and intervention strategies; implement de-escalation techniques and crisis management when necessary.
• Drive, record, and track student growth and progress toward goals; maintain required forms and files.
• Participate in the school’s daily functions, conferences, meetings, and training.
