Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and CASE PBIS framework to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies, including de-escalation.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Drive and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise students during movement within the school.
