Cleburne ISD in Texas seeks an Inclusion Aide to support learning for students with diverse needs on an assigned campus. This nonexempt role covers 187 days and reports to the Principal and Teacher Assigned, with the Pay Grade: Para 1.

The position involves reinforcing lessons and supervising activities to ensure a productive learning environment. The role requires collaborative teamwork, good judgment, and commitment to district policies.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 48 college hours or state-approved qualification.

Mansioni

• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning material.
• Operate and care for classroom equipment used for instructional purposes.
• Help students master equipment or instructional materials assigned by the teacher.
• Distribute and collect workbooks, papers, and instructional materials as directed by the teacher.
• Guide independent study, enrichment work, and remedial work as assigned by the teacher.
• Assist with the supervision of students during meals, emergency drills, assemblies, play periods, or field trips.
• Assist with supervision of daily routines and schedules.
• Provide information and assistance to a substitute teacher should one be assigned.
• Participate in staff development as required to ensure professional growth.
• Participate in staff meetings, committee meetings, or ARD meetings as required by job assignment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
