Job summary

Lincolnshire–Prairie View School District 103 in Lincolnshire, IL seeks a full-time Special Education Guided Support Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year, to work with students with moderate to severe impairments.

You will collaborate with special and general education staff, assist with program delivery, provide personal care as needed, and help maintain a safe, supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Paraprofessional license or substitute license is required.
• LBS 1 endorsement for PreK–9 is preferred.
• Experience with moderate to severe disabilities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of the educational program under supervision.
• Support students within the special education and general education settings.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding work with students.
• Assist with personal care and feeding as directed by staff.
• Participate in team meetings and collect data as required.
