Plan to obtain a provisional Ohio SPED license for 2026-27 and beyond.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, peers, administrators, support staff, and parents.
Assess and monitor student achievement; maintain documentation for reporting purposes.
Design and implement instructional strategies and activities.
Manage student behaviors to create a conducive learning environment.
Coordinate instructional activities with other staff to maximize learning opportunities.
Communicate progress with students and parents through conferences and updates.
Participate in in-service and professional development activities.
Use technology to enhance learning and support students’ needs.
Provide development, management, and support for IEPs/BSPs.
