Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC in Greeley, CO seeks classroom teachers to lead students in a pathways program within special education. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any field are eligible to participate and may pursue a provisional SPED license for the 2026-27 school year and beyond.

You will establish relationships with students, families, and staff; design effective lessons; and support students with diverse needs while aligning with division objectives and IEP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field from a regionally accredited university or institution.
• Foundations of special education course or willingness to take it as a term of employment.
• Working toward provisional Colorado Special Education License.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with students, peers, administrators, support staff and parents.
• Monitor student achievement and maintain documentation for reporting.
• Design and implement instructional strategies and activities.
• Manage student behavior to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Assist in management of student behaviors across different school settings.
• Coordinate instructional activities with other staff to maximize learning opportunities.
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings.
• Communicate instructional expectations and student progress with students and parents.
• Collaborate with professionals to carry out schoolwide instructional activities.
• Use multimedia and technology to enhance learning.
• Plan lessons based on objectives for varying student abilities.
• Provide development and management support for IEPs and BSPs.
