Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking talented teachers to lead, inspire, and support students in Gainesville, FL. You will serve students in special education programs as a classroom teacher in a pathway program.

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree can participate in a pathways program offering provisional SPED licensure for 2026-27 and beyond. The role requires strong relationships, lesson design, behavior management, and collaboration with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Foundations of special education course or willingness to take it as a term of employment.
• Plan to obtain a provisional Special Education License from Florida.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with students, peers, administrators, staff and parents.
• Assess and monitor student achievement; maintain documentation for reporting.
• Design and implement instructional strategies and activities.
• Manage student behaviors to create a conducive learning environment.
• Assist in management of student behaviors beyond the classroom.
• Coordinate instructional activities with other professionals to maximize learning.
• Participate in in-service and professional development activities.
• Communicate instructional expectations and progress to students and parents.
• Collaborate with professionals to support schoolwide activities.
• Use multimedia and other technologies to enhance learning.
• Plan lessons based on objectives for diverse learners.
• Provide development and management for IEPs, BSPs, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
