Job summary

You will support CTSM operations through shipment manifesting, accessioning, data entry, aliquoting, and coordination with internal labs and Innovation teams.

The role requires handling multiple temperature types, documentation compliance, and timely resolution of shipping issues, with a team-focused approach to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Open, evaluate, and process inbound shipments using ARUP shipment tracking applications.
• Ensures specimens are prioritized appropriately and processed promptly.
• Adds and verifies temperature-control materials (e.g., dry ice) as appropriate.
• Evaluates shipments for late priority, temperature compliance, and special handling requirements.
• Monitors and manages Special Needs Requests, Short Stability Reports, and flagged specimens.
• Distributes shipments to Innovation teams as required.
• Processes specimens across all three temperature conditions and routes to automated or manual systems accordingly.
• Coordinates with labs to ensure timely delivery.
