• Perform duties in Specimen Processing & Send out Lab to ensure accurate receipt, entry, transport, processing, and distribution of laboratory specimens.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate activities of Specimen Processing staff on all shifts in the absence of supervision.
• Maintain quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
