Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive, order entry, process and distribute specimens for UMHS, MLabs and send out tests.
• Maintain knowledge base to perform all MLabs specimen processing and packaging for reference labs.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers including medical staff and patients.
• Coordinate specimen processing on assigned benches and support staff to ensure timely work.
