Responsibilities

• Report to work on time and prepared for each scheduled shift.
• Handle internal and external customer contact regarding referral testing and result reporting.
• Resolve routine or complex customer issues with accurate and timely communication.
• Report laboratory results using established protocols and follow up as needed.
• Liaise between internal/external customers and referral vendors to ensure smooth operations.
